Race Calendar 2021 offers more races than ever before
With more than 30 different races at nine different locations, there are more races than ever before on the IUTA competition calendar. As (almost) always Steve's Double Anvil in Florida/USA in the middle of March will be the first race.
For the first time since 2014, there will be two IUTA World Championships. First, the successors of Marie Veslestaul and Robert Karas in the "Double" will be sought in June in Oregon/USA. In August, the Deca Ultra Triathlon World Championship will be held for the first time since 2006. In Buchs/Switzerland the successors of Dagmar Großheim and Fabrice Lucas will be determined.
With 13 different distances, Waynes DecaMan offers the most comprehensive range. At the last event of the year there will be the possibility to participate in a Combined Deca (Deca Day directly followed by a Deca Continuous).
Speaking of premiere: Also for the first time in the history of IUTA there is the possibility to participate in point to point races. The TransAmTri offers three different distances from 594 to 3481 miles.
